拉丁美洲和拉丁美洲加勒比盆景联合会（FELAB）

1989年在日本召开第一届世界盆景大会后，WBFF成立，一群拉丁美洲盆景爱好者被任命创建一个联合会，以便成为WBFF的一个地区。1992 年 2 月，来自委内瑞拉、波多黎各、秘鲁、乌拉圭和哥伦比亚的参与者在哥伦比亚卡利市成立了 FELAB。

该组织的主要目标是促进盆景艺术知识、盆景哲学和具体技术的传播，旨在通过教育和文化手段促进盆景艺术、盆景组织和个人之间的跨国友谊、理解和善意。 FELAB 和盆景世界其他组织的成员。

🌿 FELAB Announces New Executive Board (2026–2030)

The Latin American Bonsai Federation (FELAB), representing associations, clubs, and institutions dedicated to the promotion and development of bonsai and suiseki across Latin America, is pleased to announce the formation of its new Executive Board.
Following the electoral process held on June 7, 2026, the leadership team for the 2026–2030 term was unanimously elected and has officially assumed its duties. FELAB reaffirms its commitment to fellowship, education, cooperation, and cultural preservation—values that align with the global vision of the World Bonsai Friendship Federation (WBFF).
